More and more people are being affected by this phenomenon, which has been caused by us. This is reflected in our daily lives, in the water we drink, the air we breathe, and almost everything around us. As young people, we should start to be aware of our daily actions so that we can help prevent this problem from continuing to affect us. For example, we should eat a <a href=\"https:\/\/foodtank.com\/news\/2016\/02\/a-diet-change-to-fight-climate-change-eat-more-pulses\/?gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=2050813570&amp;gbraid=0AAAAADirr6ZbwiHz7yS7trhccWYc_u4Bz&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9LzHuMeSkQMV5CzUAR0F6iZcEAAYASAAEgIvIfD_BwE\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/foodtank.com\/news\/2016\/02\/a-diet-change-to-fight-climate-change-eat-more-pulses\/?gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=2050813570&amp;gbraid=0AAAAADirr6ZbwiHz7yS7trhccWYc_u4Bz&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9LzHuMeSkQMV5CzUAR0F6iZcEAAYASAAEgIvIfD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">balanced diet<\/a>, without consuming too much meat and increasing our consumption of vegetables. We should also be mindful of what we buy every day, choosing <a href=\"https:\/\/areco.org.es\/en\/how-to-reduce-the-environmental-impact-in-reusable-packaging-logistics\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/areco.org.es\/en\/how-to-reduce-the-environmental-impact-in-reusable-packaging-logistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reusable containers<\/a> instead of plastic. In addition, we should choose to walk or use means of transportation that do not generate large amounts of carbon dioxide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Climate change is not a problem for the future; it is an urgent call for action in the present. Every heat wave, every forest fire, every species that disappears reminds us that the planet cannot wait. We sometimes think that our actions are insignificant, but it is precisely these small daily decisions that bring about major transformations. Caring for the Earth is not a heroic gesture: it is an act of love, responsibility, and respect for those who will come after us. Change begins when we understand that protecting the planet is protecting ourselves. The time to act is now. Small actions can make a big difference.
